The day of La Aurora (Patron Saint of Montilla) is closely linked to music. Thus in the early hours of Saturday to Sunday nocturnal rounds and folk songs are evoke the Virgin of the Aurora, which are performed in the hall of the Parish of San Francisco Solano by occasional groups, choirs, tunas and rondallas of our town, which after sing to the Aurora, they perform serenades and parades throughout the night. The chestnuts and walnuts and the sopaipas are traditional at this time. On Saturday afternoon, the procession of the Virgen de la Aurora, which mobilizes hundreds of attendees.

"Amontíllate60" is an international microcinema contest that aims to highlight the history and culture of Montilla.
Its objective is to promote Montilla and its cultural, patrimonial, history, legends and wine resources through an innovative film format such as the microcinema to collect stories of Montilla in 60 seconds ".
Interested parties may participate from 10:00 a.m. on September 15th, 2018, until 23:59 p.m. on October 20th, 2018. Competition rules
