Portia Winery shows since June a new sculpture exhibition titled “From the Sea to the Stars” by Jose Manuel Robles, sculptor born in Granada.

This exhibition shows a surrealistic vision from an abstract universe always changing, formed by colorful organics shapes. These  art works invite to travel felling the beauty around the spectator.

The exhibition will be opend for free to the visitors who wanted to visit the contemporany winery in the Ribera del Duero, this building has been designed by Foster & Partners, offering an unforgettable experience.

“Ariguani”, is an indegenous word,  it means water stream between clean waters. It’s a holy river to the Arhuacos, they live in the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta, in the north of Colombia. This exhibition is join to the Juan Manuel Robles´s exposition.  The art works invite us to travel around a colourful world, through oil painting, pencil, watercolors. These paints are vey light, absorbing and contagious.

Willy Ramos: was born in colombia in 1954, with fourteen years old arrived to Spain, where he lives. He studied Arts in Saint Carles. He has educated also in Barcelona and  Italy and he is Doctor Cum Laude in Arts by the Politecnic University of Valecia. His art works have been showed in different exhibitions, individually and collectively, mainly in spanish art  galleries and also in the U.S.A, Canada, Colombia, Italy, Germany and Ireland, inter alia. We can find his art works in many places as: the Salvador Allende Museum of Chile, Valledupar Museum of Colombia, collection   Bogota Republic Bank and also collection in The Autonomous University of Mexico. Remarkable places where he has exhibited have been: International Fairs as: ARCO, ARTBO, Art Toronto, Pinta London, Art Miami, Art Madrid, Toulouse, Marbella, Millán, Parma, inter alia.
