The wines of the Serrania de Ronda, are made with white varieties: Chardonnay, Colombard, Sauvignon Blanc, Gewurztraminer, Riesling, and Viognier; and inks: Romé, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Shyrah, Tempranillo, Garnacha, Cabernet Franc, Pinot Noir, Petit Verdot, Graciano, Malbec, Mourvèdre and Tintilla Rota .. sheltering wines "quiet", with an alcohol content of between 10 and 15.5% and containing less sugars to 12g / l.
The white wines have a pale yellow color with green hues, until golden yellow or golden in the aged wines; francs and fruity nose. In aged wines, fruity aromas are retained even if attenuated and also present aromas of parenting. In mouth are dry wines or doomed with volume, balanced, fresh young, and unctuous fermented and / or aged in oak.
Pink wines acquire pink to reddish pink, fruity and floral nose in sharing attributes and nuances of white wines and red wines, with mouthfeel, being dry or doomed, and balanced.
Red wines violet red to ruby red, middle layer high. Those undergoing long aging can acquire shades of dark red. Francos nose with fruity notes and aromas of the terroir, gaining complexity in wines subjected to aging, with the evolution and aromas of parenting. On the palate are wines with volume, structured but harmonious, with ripe tannins, good persistence, unctuous and concentrates those subjected to aging.
